The <strong>unified basic wage (UBW)<\/strong> for this year was set at <strong>$460<\/strong> , ensuring a decent minimum income for those who work full-time.<\/p>\n\n<p>Regarding breaks, every worker is entitled to <strong>15 days of paid vacation<\/strong> for each year of work, a necessary opportunity for physical and mental well-being. Added to this are the <strong>tenth salaries<\/strong> : the thirteenth, which is equivalent to an annual salary divided into 12 parts, and the fourteenth, equivalent to a unified basic salary.
