In Ecuador, workers have fundamental rights that must be respected, such as affiliation to the IESS, minimum wage, rest hours, job stability, and the payment of fair settlements in case of dismissal.<\/p>\n<p>In Quito, many workers seek legal advice to clarify their rights, especially in situations of untimely dismissal, non-payment of benefits, or breach of contracts.
